Final agreement was reached today between AFOS and the Seafood Training Academy to acquire the first of three Micro Kilns for the delivery of training courses.
The new Micro Kilns will provide the Academy with the capacity to deliver smoking training courses through Partners based in Grimsby (Grimsby Institute) and Workington (Lakes College, part of the North West Seafood Training Centre). Training courses can also be delivered anywhere else in the UK as the micro kiln is easily transportable by car or small van.
We hope to run a trainer training course in July in Grimsby, with Courses available through our two smoking training centres from September 2013.
