Ártico made the decision to offer a range of smoked products to their catalogue and approached AFOS to supply them with a double maxi.
Solution
Due to the Covid Pandemic, AFOS where unable to follow the machine out to offer installation and commissioning and therefore, using an Ewon, AFOS worked with the customer to support in the final stages of installation by both remote working and Teams calls.
The customer is now producing a very high standard of product and has started experimenting with different processes and woods to offer variations within the smoked food range.
