The AFOS range of Dryers

Brussels offers an exciting opportunity to meet our customers and showcase our products and this year is no exception as our range of smoking kilns and defrosters will incorporate the latest Siemens S7-1200 microprocessor technology. This means that we can monitor our equipment in operation anywhere in the world at any time day or night. In addition, alarms can be sent to remote devices such as iPads.

In addition to this, the AFOS Drying range, which has been designed to the highest standards, aids the rapid reduction of the drying process across a range of fish, meat and other food products.  Here at AFOS we can make the necessary arrangements to facilitate company trials across our full range of Smoking Kilns, Defrosters and Dryers.

AFOS have, for over 70 years, produced smoking kilns for industry.  Recently we have been asked to produce a kiln to meet the needs of smaller and bespoke companies and restaurants who want to offer the traditionally home smoked products.

This versatile smoker will both hot and cold smoke, therefore offering the range from cheeses to hot smoked, ready to eat salmon.
