Micro Kiln

The Micro Kiln has been developed to meet demand from smaller producers and from large producers, to use for product development.

Developed in conjunction with the UK Sea Fish Industry Authority, Irish Sea Fisheries Board and major smoked salmon producers, the Micro Kiln has a 12.5kg capacity.

It is a cost effective way to hot or cold smoke small batches of product in the traditional manner.

Product can either be hung in the kiln or placed on mesh trays.
